Order processing and tracking:

 

Thank you for shopping with us. Your package will be processed within 1-4 business days after which the order will be shipped via USPS. Please understand that processing is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. If you select priority shipping, your order will be shipped after our processing time. (Example : 2 day -priority shipping + 1-4 days processing time). Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays. If you place an order after 10 am on Friday, your order will ship on the next business day (Monday). Once orders are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can track the status of your shipment. 

 

 

 

When will my order arrive?​

Standard Shipping :

 

  • Please expect your package within 2-5 business days (after the processing time) when you  choose Standard Shipping. (This is for U.S addresses only)

 

  • You can track your order’s progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email that will be sent once your order is shipped.

Priority Shipping:

 

You may choose priority shipping at check out if you would like to receive your package faster! Once orders have shipped they take 1-4 business days for delivery via USPS Priority shipping. You can track your order’s progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email that will be sent once your order is shipped.

International Shipping:

We ship via USPS for international shipping.  Packages can take between 6-20 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your country. If you have not received your package after 20 business days of receiving your tracking number please reach out to your local post office. Due to the constant changes in Customs Fees for every individual country, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees. If customs fees are due at the time of your order pick up or delivery it is the customer's responsible for these charges. Customs department do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about that. Charges for duties, taxes are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid by you at customs.

***Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: International shipping times apply to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Due to distance and shipping methods employed to get your package to you, please allow up to 10-15 business days. This is an average estimate from USPS and and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions ***

APO/FPO Addresses: 

 

Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 3-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster.

 

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition after we hand it over to the postal office. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient. We are unable to refund or replace a package that has been marked delivered by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery by the post office. You would need to contact the post office and file a claim with them. Luxury Yoni unfortunately cannot be responsible. We recommend that you track your package with the tracking number provided when your order was shipped and If you won’t be available on delivery day you may contact your post office to schedule delivery arrangements. Once a customer receives their tracking number it is their responsibility to contact the post office regarding any issues with the package delivery. Once your order has been shipped please use the tracking number provided to track your order.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately. Our Shipping Team works incredibly fast to make sure that you get your product as soon as possible!

  • You must send us a cancellation notice within 30 minutes after placing your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order can only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices can be emailed to info.luxuryyoni@gmail.com with the subject Order Cancellation. Our office hours are M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST. 

 

​                        SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

My address was entered incorrectly, what do I do?


We encourage you to verify that your shipping address is entered correctly before finalizing your order, as Luxury Yoni won’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address provided when the order was placed. If an order is returned to us because of incorrect address, you would need to purchase the reshipping fee on our website and update your address in the notes section along with your order number for the order to be reshipped to you. Luxury Yoni ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Luxury Yoni, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Luxury Yoni does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please contact USPS for further assistance.

 

 

 RETURN FAQ'S

Luxury Yoni sells feminine care & wellness products. Your health is our number one priority, therefore for sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of any of our products.
